Submissions

!!! UPDATE !!!   Extended Full-Paper Submission Deadline:  22 April 2016. Submitted papers are allowed to be updated until 27 April 2016.

The paper submission is now open for prospective authors of the SPLINE2016 workshop.

Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, presentation and clarity of exposition. When preparing your full paper submission, please use the IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings.  All papers should be written in English and be up to 5 pages; 4 pages may contain technical content, figures, and references, while the 5th page may contain only references. All papers must be submitted in PDF format via the SPLINE2016 Submission Site (Microsoft CMT).

SPLINE 2016 uses single-blind peer review process (i.e. author(s) cannot see the reviewers). So, please include the author names in the submitted papers. A paper submission implies that if the paper is accepted one of the authors will present the paper at the conference.

All accepted papers are expected to be included in IEEE Xplore and will be indexed by EI. All authors of accepted papers should fill in and submit the IEEE Copyright and Consent Form. Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit extensions of their work to a special issue of NEUROCOMPUTING (IF: 2.083): Machine Learning for Non-Gaussian Data Processing.
